With over 50 years of experience in the industry, we specialize in printing, folding carton manufacturing, blister pack, Custom thermoforming plastic. Our state-of-the-art facilities include printing presses, Full size die cutters, and a wide range of finishing equipment. We are dedicated to providing high-quality services and follow GMP/HACCP Food Safety protocols to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Outside Sales Representative

We are Valcraft Printing and Packaging; a leading company in the print and packaging industry, recognized for our innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales, (especially within B2B environments), who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to make a significant impact.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional sales experience, including boardroom selling. Extensive B2B sales background is essential, and previous industry experience is highly desirable.
• Sales Management: Proven ability to manage sales with a target of $1.5M per annum.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities. A high level of professionalism, integrity and energy.
• Competencies: Proven track record of selling complex solutions, with strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focus: A strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction and the ability to provide valuable feedback to Management on client challenges and competitive business practices.
• Flexibility: Availability and connectivity to the company and production team while offsite.

Requirements:

• Exceptional people skills with the ability to easily establish relationships.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Educational background with either a college diploma or university degree in sales or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the print and packaging industry.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
