As a Midway Tech Team Member, you’re one of the first smiling faces that a Guest encounters. You serve as an “Information Center” in the Midway, and
manage a variety of tasks including those listed below.
Some basic and simple D&B rules to always follow in our Midway:
Greet all Dave & Buster’s Guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
- Enthusiastically assist Guests with problems and questions they have about our Midway games.
- Make sure coupons are continuously refilled in our Redemption area.
- Show you’re Fun to the Core, by celebrating the Wins!
- Keep our Midway clean by keeping our games one step ahead of the dust, spilled drinks, fingerprints, and grime.
Keep our Midway orderly by keeping chairs, stools, and tables straight.
- Ensure that all lights, games, game lights, and service lights are working properly at all times.
- Refill crane games with a variety of merchandise to make sure they are attractive to the Guest.
- Provide general basic maintenance for our Midway games.
- Provide building maintenance for odd jobs such as broken shelves, lights, doors, etc.
- Treat every Guest and Team Member equally regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or any other category.
Dave & Buster’s is different from everywhere else. No two days are ever the same. Time will fly by serving hundreds of people with flexible schedules you can accommodate school or other jobs. Plus, your co-workers are awesome!
