We are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to join our new Park Royal Grand Café, located in West Vancouver. Must be available weekends and some weekdays.
Our Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the daily administrative functions of our flagship restaurant with a focus on scheduling, payroll, financial tracking, and overall office coordination. As a key member of the team, their attention to detail, organizational abilities, and dedication directly contribute to the restaurant’s success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change
- Diligent with numbers and data entry and have previous administrative or office management experience in hospitality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and confident, consider yourself a leader in your role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and trust
Hours: 20-30 hours/week, flexible schedule
Location: On-site
