Position: Supervisor We are looking for a driven and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at our Park Royal location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership potential who is eager to grow within our company. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality/restaurant environment. Leadership Skills: Ability to coach, motivate, and manage a team of up to 15 servers. Guest Experience Focused: Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and ensuring high service standards. Bonus Skills: Sake knowledge or experience with beverage programs Bar experience (cocktails, sake, or beverage service) Personal Qualities: Calm under pressure Open-minded and coachable Positive mindset and team-oriented Brings value through initiative and problem-solving Availability: Full-time, including weekends and evenings.
