The Location: Hollyburn Country Club is located in West Vancouver at 950 Cross Creek Road. Prior to applying for this position, we strongly encourage you to Google our location to ensure that you will be able to travel to and from work as public transportation is limited.
Position Summary
Our service mission is to provide the Hollyburn Membership with an unparalleled dining experience in a premium casual setting. By delivering exceptional hospitality and attentive service, we aim to create memorable moments that our Members are proud to share with family and friends. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial support role in ensuring the seamless execution of this mission, assisting the service team in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our Members and guests.
Position Responsibilities
• Set up and prepare service stations for the day, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and stocked.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Assist servers with food running, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to tables.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional attention to Members and guests, supporting the service team as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Valid Serving It Right (preferred)
• Food Safe Level 1 certifications (preferred)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A commitment to going above and beyond to uphold Hollyburn’s standard of exceptional service.
• Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s location and limited public transit options.
• Candidates must complete a Police Information Check as part of the onboarding process.

Working Conditions:
• This position operates 100% on-site
• Regular evenings or weekend work may be required during peak periods or special events
• Own transportation is an asset as public transportation is not frequent to/from the Club
