Job Description

Are you an energetic, polished bartender who loves crafting great cocktails and delivering exceptional guest service? Join the team at Milestones in West Vancouver.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer and wine with consistency and speed
• Provide warm, attentive guest service and build rapport with regulars
• Maintain a clean, organised bar and comply with all safety & liquor regulations
• Upsell beverage programs and support team during busy shifts
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation and POS transactions

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• Strong cocktail knowledge and mixology skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork and customer-service mindset
• Smart Serve or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
