ALPHA CAFE is looking for a head barista with high level barista skills and coffee knowledge. The ideal candidate has experience working in top notch coffee shops / cafes around the world and is well versed in all types of espresso drinks and can elevate the quality of coffee to perfection in each cup. Customer first mentality and ability to work in fast paced environment will serving excellent coffee and food. The head barista role will include management responsibilities in terms of running a team of customer facing baristas, as well as liasing with kitchen for food items. Minimum 3 years Cafe experience and restaurant experience, with coffee certificates / training, as well as a resume with experience in top rated establishments for coffee. Team Player Impeccable presentation and attention to detail Ability to take direction, learn and grow skill set Great Attitude. Active & Healthy.
