We are currently looking for applicants for full time bartender. 3+ years experience in high end cocktail crafting (modern/classic) w/ fine dining service: this means ability to dispense while simultaneously delivering top end full service over the bar counter for fine dining experience. WSET / ISG Levels on WINE and SPIRITS preferred and welcomed - regardless, a deep knowledge of spirits and passion for cocktail culture, history, classics and what makes a cocktail outstanding versus just good. Understanding of inventory, par levels, stock takes, stock rotation, labelling, organization, and impeccable cleaning ability and attention to detail. Espresso experience necessary. Oppourtunities for creative input on cocktail menu/specials. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
