Requirements:

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings year-round. Flexibility in scheduling is key, as shifts will be assigned collaboratively.
• Full-time availability.
• Excellent understanding of computers, software and POS platforms.
• Capability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, lead, and manage retail staff to foster a cohesive and motivated team.
• Facilitate team building activities and provide ongoing employee development opportunities.
• Manage floor operations during shifts to enhance guest experience, optimize salesmanship, and maintain labor and cost controls.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Support sales and promotional activities as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction across all departments.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to capitalize on organizational opportunities.
