Created by the Chefs' Table Society, Cooks Camp is a one-of-a-kind, industry-only event for cooks to learn, eat, drink, and share experiences together in Pemberton, BC.

Cooks Camp, an ambitious, highly-anticipated culinary event that will take place in September 2020 in Pemberton, BC, will bring together cooks of all stripes for two days and nights of seminars, demonstrations, and workshops. With the goal of sharing knowledge and improving camaraderie among the industry's culinary professionals, activities will include farm tours, guest speakers, butchery demonstrations, cooking lessons, and even morning yoga and pilates in one of the country's most picturesque settings. The event will end with a massive "staff meal" for participants to break bread with one another and celebrate being a part of this amazing industry.
Details are still in being organized but early tickets are on sale now (linked below). Cooks Camp 2020 is organized by the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia.
