Owned and operated Fiesta Creative Catering for 7 years. In this time the following goals were met: Rebranding of the company. Implementation of Seasonal Menus. Supervised 3 main culinary divisions: Hot Lunch School Program, Corporate Market and Weddings. 400+ Successful Weddings catered in addition to private events.
Club Versante is about providing lifestyle experiences for its members. Part of the New Opus Hotel, set to open in Richmond, B.C. in 2020. Some of the highlights during the time at Club Versante include: Developed menus for two of the premium outlets. Assisted ownership with project development for OOLACHA French Restaurant: Kitchen Design, Food Costing, Sanitation Plan and Staffing. Private VIP events which included: Two 13 Course dinners for VIP guests and "Cortes Island Escape” in which 12 guests were catered to in a private lavender farm.
