Some of the highlights during the time at Club Versante include: Developed menus for two of the premium outlets. Assisted ownership with project development for OOLACHA French Restaurant: Kitchen Design, Food Costing, Sanitation Plan and Staffing. Private VIP events which included: Two 13 Course dinners for VIP guests and "Cortes Island Escape” in which 12 guests were catered to in a private lavender farm.
