Splash Catering at Casa Loma is currently looking for experienced Banquet Bartenders. Applicants should expect a highly systematic and deliberately paced service, with a strong focus on every detail of the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and stock the bar area with necessary supplies and equipment
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Monitor beverage consumption and ensure guests are not over-served
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event
• Follow safe serving practices and comply with state and local liquor laws
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience
• Break down and clean up the bar area at the end of the event
• Work collaboratively with other banquet staff to ensure successful event execution
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualification:
• Previous banquet bartender experience is a must
• Extensive spirit, cocktail, and wine knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work flexible shifts - daytime, nights, weekends, holidays
• Valid smart serve certified required
• Must be legally eligible work in Canada
