POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Bar Back/ Bartender plays the key roles to provide the dining experience in the restaurant. This position is responsible for not just taking orders but also engaging with the guests and anticipating their needs. He/She can always ensure the guests’ dining expectation are exceeded. A qualified bartender can provide the suitable food and beverage recommendation by mastering the food menu and the beverage list. Job responsibilities include taking orders, greeting tables, making recommendations, and making drinks.
