Sprezzatura is on the hunt for a charismatic and driven Bar Manager / Floor Supervisor to join our team! We’re a laid-back Italian eatery serving up delicious fare with effortless charm and warm hospitality. If you’re passionate about cocktails, coffee, and crafting memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced: Minimum 2 years of serving experience, with solid bartending skills.
• Guest-Focused: You love creating great guest experiences and thrive in a social environment.
• Coffee-Savvy: Basic barista skills required.
• Independent: Comfortable working solo and taking initiative when needed.
• Cocktail Know-It-All: Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Organized: Experience with stock taking, inventory systems, and placing bar orders.
• Positive Leadership: Able to lead a team in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Menu Mastery: Know our food and drink menu inside and out.
• Quality Control: Ensure every drink meets Sprezzatura’s high standards.
• Transaction Handling: Manage cash and card payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Leadership & Support: Supervise shifts, support the front-of-house team, and uphold our Steps of Service.
• Cleanliness: Oversee opening, closing, and cleaning duties to keep things spotless.
• Labour Control: Assist in managing floor staffing and schedules.
• Admin Support: Handle minor admin tasks and bar documentation.
• Creativity: Collaborate on cocktail development and drink costing.
Availability:
Open availability preferred, including evenings and weekends.
