We’re opening a brand-new Thai restaurant in Leslieville and are looking for a talented, passionate Chef to help bring our vision to life. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our menu from the ground up, showcase authentic Thai flavours with a modern twist, and set the standard for an exceptional dining experience.
Duties
Plan and curate menus in collaboration with management
Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations to ensure efficient food service
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications
Ensure exceptional food presentation that aligns with the restaurant’s standards and enhances guest experience
Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
Requirements
Proven culinary experience in a restaurant setting, with expertise in Thai cuisine preferred
