As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Culinary degree.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
