Royal Antler Ranch, nestled in the serene Fairmont Hot Springs area, is looking for property managers to join our team. As a privately owned recreational property, we offer an opportunity for individuals or couples to immerse themselves in nature while contributing to the maintenance and management of our beautiful ranch.

Position Overview:

We are seeking property managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of the ranch, including property maintenance, landscaping, and ensuring the overall well-being of the premises. For couples, this role may also include housekeeping responsibilities to maintain our accommodations to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Property maintenance, including repairs and upkeep
• Landscaping and gardening duties
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of accommodations (if applicable)
• Managing inventory and supplies
• Assisting with occasional ranch-related tasks

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining beautiful properties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to live remotely and adapt to off-grid living
• Previous experience in property management, caretaking, or related fields is advantageous
