General Manager (GM)
With over 15 years in business, Environmentall Contracting Services Inc is looking to expand their leadership and bring in a General Manager (“GM”) to lead and grow a team of over 50 employees. We relate success directly to the strength of our team. (https://www.environmentall.ca/company/)

You should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human resources, finance, and communication. You will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments and divisions. As an adept leader, you should be driven by a desire to lead the business to maximum productivity and efficiency.
Objectives:
· Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
· Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
· Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
· Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Responsibilities:
· Oversee day to day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure completion while accomplishing your own goals
· Recruit, onboard, train high performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and customer service
· Maintain timeliness to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively and on time
· Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
· Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values
· Resolve internal conflicts efficiently to the mutual benefit of all involved
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven success in managerial role
· Strong decision-making ability
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
· Effective time management skills
· Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
· Proven ability to develop and execute results
· Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
· Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (MBA preferred)
· 10+ years’ experience in Construction industry
· Experience managing multiple divisions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year (or based on experience)
