- POSITION: PREP (FULL-TIME)
We are looking for an experienced full-time prep chef to join our kitchen team. Savio works closely with local farms and uses local ingredients whenever possible, with a seasonal, ever-changing menu. The right candidate must have high cleanliness standards, work well under pressure, and thrive in a team environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare ingredients and assist with mise en place for daily service - Support line cooks and chefs during service by preparing dishes efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with inventory, stock management, and rotation of ingredients
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
- QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Passion for Italian cuisine and fresh, locally sourced ingredients

$19.10-$20/hour - Daily staff meal
