We are currently in need on an Office Manager with experience in the HVAC industry.
The successful candidate will join the team and take operations and administrative leadership over a team comprised of 3 and growing.
The company is professionally managed and has a good reputation in the market.
Responsibilities:
-Overseeing the scheduling and personnel management of office staff.
-Creating of structure, policy, procedure, within framework of operations/administration in an HVAC service company.
-Working with ownership to integrate administrative and service activities.
-Providing coaching/leadership to dispatch, inside sales, and AP/AR person.
-Overseeing parts purchasing and materials logistics.

75-80k depending on experience with 4 weeks vacation and company paid extended health premiums

Requirements:
-5 years dispatching/administration/office management experience in HVAC industry
-Strong comprehension of industrial/commercial HVAC service best practices
-Strong organizational, administrative, computer skills
-Good leadership qualities with positive attitude
-Fluent in verbal and written English
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
