OLT is a Western Red Cedar manufacturing company located in British Columbia. We specialize in sustainable, high-quality Cedar Sheds, Gardens, Playhouses, Gazebos, and Pergolas which we have been supplying to homeowners in Canada and the United States for over 18 years.
Our head office in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, is looking to fill a new role with a positive candidate who wants to grow with us in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administrative functions with some customer service communication experience - main duties managing the clerical process for the sales and customer service team and problem-solving, along the way.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a dedication to accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility for safeguarding information in various software programs.

The primary responsibility of the Administrative clerk is to help oversee and input our orders, including EDI. Follow up with customer tracking information, invoicing, and relevant functions. Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, reconcile and process invoices for payment.
The individual within this role will ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes, and identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods to ensure customer satisfaction and meet the Company objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Create a seamless and efficient order data entry and processing
· Notifying customers of shipping info, including EDI documents and emails
· Invoicing, including credit notes when needed
· Accounts payable – receive, reconcile, and process invoices for payment
· Accounts receivable reconciliation
· Maintaining Vendor Portals for orders, inventory and invoicing
· Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
· Provide general data entry support across many teams on an as-needed basis
· General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel,
· Some inventory duties, including stock code setup, maintenance, and pricing
· EDI system maintenance to receive orders and maintain inventory
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Customer experience in services and support
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
