We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Bartender & Mixologist with a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and mocktails. The ideal candidate will be experienced in inventing unique drinks, using premium ingredients, and presenting beverages with elegant garnishes and visually impressive presentations that elevate the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Design and create innovative cocktails and mocktails with artistic presentation and premium garnishes
Prepare classic and signature drinks with consistency and precision
Develop seasonal and signature cocktail menus that complement the restaurant’s cuisine
Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide an exceptional bar experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
Collaborate with the management and culinary team to create unique beverage pairings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in upscale or fine-dining establishments
Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, flavor profiles, and modern mixology techniques
Creative ability to invent signature cocktails and mocktails with luxurious garnishes and presentation
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
