About the Role:
As our Food Expeditor, you’ll be the key bridge between the kitchen and dining room. Your role is to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is beautifully plated, accurate, and delivered promptly to guests. You’ll uphold the standard of presentation and timing that makes our food shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all dishes are correctly prepared and plated before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate effectively with the chefs and servers
• Coordinate chits for proper timing and delivery
• Uphold food safety and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Manage take-out orders when needed
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience as a food runner, expeditor, or line cook preferred
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food and presentation
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Must be able to communicate in English, speaking Thai is an asset
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
