Requirements
2 + years of experience in hospitality as a server, bartender, or supervisor.
Minimum 2 year of full time managerial experience.
Adept at using Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
Bachelors degree in hospitality is a plus.
You look at every detail carefully,. No stone unturned mentality.
You are willing to teach and open to learn.
You keep calm under pressure, and can work at a highly energetic environment.
You have passion for hospitality and enjoy creating great long lasting impressions.
You have a strong mindset.
Working Conditions:
Weekends
Late nights
Outdoors during patio season
Schedule: Must be able to work a range of shifts from, early morning starts(8am) to late night finishes (3/4am)
Physical Requirements
Strength Guidelines
Must be able to lift in excess of 25lbs to move tables, chairs, carry trays with glassware, as well as multiple plates.
Be able to carrying a tray of drinks and or food.
Motion Parameters
Must be able to work on foot for upwards of 8 hours with appropriate breaks given.
Have the ability to climb stairs frequently throughout the shift.
The job may require squatting, kneeling, standing & walking
Must be confident in carrying a tray.
Will be required to work at a high output fast paced service.
Have a sense of urgency
Vision and Hearing Requirements
Will be required to read beverage recipes and adhere to them at all times
Will be required to communicate with colleagues so an efficient service can run.
Will be required to operate the point of sale system and credit card machine.
Psychological Demands
Have a strong mindset. The job can be challenging at times.
Able to focus while having other tasks to-do.
Must be able to make quick decisions, multitask and work well under pressure
