Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a passion for cooking.
Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to perfection, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items following restaurant recipes and standards
-Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
-Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred
-Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
-Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
-Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
-Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Located in Tiny Ontario we are a growing independent restaurant in a small town known for beautiful beaches & cottage country. About two hours north of Toronto and 15-20 minutes from two local towns we operate 12 months of the year and are continuing to grow beyond just a local spot to attract customers from further.
