We’re Kingfishers Waterfront Bar & Grill — a high-volume, family owned waterfront spot in Maple Ridge with a strong team already on the floor.
We’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine who can run the kitchen with pride and run it like a business:
strong leadership and standards
solid systems (prep pars, ordering, inventory)
calm service execution
real cost control and accountability
You’ll be stepping into a kitchen with depth (leaders + cooks), but we want someone who can bring the organization, discipline, and consistency that separates “busy” from “great.”
Must-haves
Red Seal (or equivalent)
CDC experience
strong admin + systems
knows food cost, labor control, and waste reduction
hospitality-first facilitator and coach
