About the Role
Pint Public House is looking for a results-driven Sales & Events Manager to generate incremental revenue through private events, corporate bookings, buyouts, and brand activations.
This role is 100% revenue-focused. If you like closing deals, filling rooms, and getting paid on performance — you’ll do very well here.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Selling private events, buyouts, and group bookings
Prospecting corporate clients, agencies, and brands
Managing inbound event leads and closing them
Building an active sales pipeline
Working with operations to execute booked events
Owning the events calendar and revenue targets
What Success Looks Like
Month 1: $10K booked revenue
Month 2: $25K booked revenue
Month 3: $40K+ booked revenue
Compensation
Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000
Commission: 3–5% of booked & realized revenue
Top performers can earn $80K–$100K+ annually.
Who You Are
2+ years hospitality or venue sales experience
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Organized, persistent, and confident closing deals
Not afraid of targets or accountability
Nights/weekends flexibility when needed
What This Role Is NOT
Not a social media job
Not admin-heavy
Not a “brand ambassador” role
This is a closer role.
