Right now we are looking for a strong restaurant manager to join our opening team. You will be involved in all possible aspects of running the restaurant on the day to day basis, including - but not limited to:
Opening/Closing/Running the shifts
Interacting with guests/problem solving
Hiring/Training new employees
Inventory Control/Ordering
Marketing/Promotions/Social Media participation
Wine list/Cocktail Menu development
Making sure restaurant operates as efficiently as possible
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a fine-casual style restaurant as a manager.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate and develop your team
Strong business acumen
