What We're Looking For:
Assist the General Manager in leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Support the management of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Assist in developing strategies to achieve financial goals, optimize profitability, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized experiences and attentive service.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing training and development opportunities for the team.
Uphold high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our offerings and enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
1 year or more of proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices related to food handling and preparation.
Experience with supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and their operation in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
