The Chef de Partie will be responsible for their own station. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to grow their skills and learn new techniques in a relaxed atmosphere. As part of our small team, you will get one on one training on every section in the kitchen under the supervision of a more senior chef. Positive attitude is key, and we are happy to invest training into the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a professional demeanor in all situations
Produce high quality dishes up to the restaurants established standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Ensuring all food items are prepared as per recipes, while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.

Food Safe Level 1
Work Permit
Starting Wage: $20-23/hour
Supplemental pay types:
Overtime pay
Tips (average of $250-$350/week on a 40-hour week schedule)
