Farm Chef / Food Program Lead
South Okanagan, BC | Seasonal (with potential for yearly)
We’re a certified organic farm in the South Okanagan looking for a chef to help lead an evolving food program. You’ll be working directly with over 80+ varieties of organic produce grown on-site, helping feed our team as we build something from the ground up together.
What You’ll Do:
- Cook lunch + dinner for ~30 staff (5 days/week)
- Lead a small kitchen team
- Help develop a line of value-added products (preserves, sauces, etc.)
- Contribute to a small, but growing on-farm café/farmstand
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong, grounded cook who can lead without ego
- Comfortable in a simple, evolving kitchen setup
- Interested in farm-to-table food at a real, working level
- Someone who enjoys community and shared living
Compensation:
- $22–$25/hour depending on experience
- Room & board included on-site (shared housing)
- Potential for profit share + workshop revenue

We are a certified organic vegetable farm going into our 10th season. 2026 will be a big year as we purchased a new farm with a commercial kitchen where we are building a cafe and farmstand.
