We are excited to announce a bold new cocktail bar that has just opened in South Granville. We are searching for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for mixology, creativity, and hospitality to bring our beverage program to life. Key Responsibilities
• Craft high-quality cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency
• Provide exceptional beverage service with attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar during and after service
• Use POS system to process orders, handle cash, and manage card transactions
• Assist with developing seasonal cocktail menus and contributing new ideas
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to maintain seamless service

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a cocktail-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of wine and beer; WSET or other beverage certifications are an asset
