Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
Follow all health and safety regulations

Visit our cozy and inviting pub with friends or family in the Grand Dining Room where huge windows are embellished with velvet curtains and a roaring fire place warms the air.
Although patrons can find traditional Irish Pub Fare on the menu, there are also a few delicious surprises.
