We have a position open for 2 FOH Support, requiring weekend availability. This position offers room to grow within the company and an opportunity for extra shift pickups.
**Must be available Mon-Sun**.
What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 4 years of experience in an expo/expeditor role in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between the kitchen and service teams.
-Must be available evenings and weekends.
-Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn – we value team members who take initiative and are committed to improving their skills.
-Excellent multitasking abilities – able to manage a heavy workload, including coordinating UberEats, take-out, and in-house service simultaneously.
-Understanding Vietnamese is a strong asset (not mandatory).
Responsibilities:
-Act as the key link between the kitchen and service teams, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality in food delivery.
-Manage and prioritize incoming orders from dine-in, takeout, and third-party platforms like UberEats.
-Maintain excellent communication with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
-Uphold high standards of organization and cleanliness in the expo area.
-Identify and resolve issues quickly in a high-pressure environment.
