- Reservation inquiries and management daily through phone calls and website inquiries.
- You should possess detailed information about the restaurant and our offerings.
- You should have up-to-date information on the menu, drinks, specials, and our policies.
- You're capable of providing excellent customer service for the best hospitality experience!
- You always adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
- Consciously and continuously strive to better your skills and increase knowledge.
- Must possess strong organizational time management skills with attention to detail.
- Must be guest service focused and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Professional in demeanor and presentation.
