Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Train, mentor, and supervise front of house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders-
Ensure smooth operations during peak hours by effectively managing floor plans and seating arrangements
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
Handle cash handling procedures and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift
Oversee inventory management for front of house supplies, such as menus, napkins, and condiments
Monitor and manage inventory, budgets, and financial targets to optimize profitability
Uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism in alignment with the restaurant's ethos
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of organic farming practices and seasonal ingredients is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team
