Who We Are:
Gusto 501 brings an authentic, community-driven culinary experience to Toronto’s east end. In partnership with award-winning architecture and design firm, Partisans, Gusto 54 Restaurant Group has transformed the once-auto body shop at 501 King St. East into four stories of open-air dining space. This architecturally significant addition to Toronto’s Corktown neighbourhood is punctuated by a floor-to-ceiling glass façade and reclaimed terracotta accents.

Gusto 501 is Italian dining with some city edge. A place where late nights stretch long, tables buzz, and every visit feels just a little electric. Inspired by the spirit of Gusto 101, it’s built for people who come hungry; for food, for atmosphere, for connection.
Tucked into Corktown, the space unfolds across multiple levels in warm terracotta tones and raw architectural lines, designed in collaboration with PARTISANS and Interior Desginer Wendy Haworth. A dining theatre of movement and energy, it invites you in, pulls you through, and keeps you lingering.
Every level unfolds into a unique experience. Whatever you're craving, there's always a seat at the table for you as famiglia.
