The Floor Manager leads all Front of House operations during service, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth team coordination. Responsibilities include supervising servers, bartenders, hosts, and runners; managing guest flow, reservations, and table pacing; resolving guest concerns; and maintaining high service standards. The role supports staff during busy periods, conducts pre‑shift meetings, oversees opening/closing procedures, and ensures cleanliness and safety throughout the dining room. Additional duties include handling cashouts, comps/voids, and assisting with inventory. The Floor Manager sets the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and consistent hospitality.
