The Retail Marketing and Operations Co-ordinator position reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for many important and time-sensitive facets of the business. This role is project focused in a fast-paced computerized environment.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Point of Contact for Vendor Management for Nicholby’s stores
- Responsible for communication to all stakeholders on convenience operational matters
- Onboard new retailers into Nicholby’s CRM system and coordinate vendor service sign ups in timely manner
- Manage retailer and sales rep Incentive tracking and payout
- Implementation and compliance of all vendor contractual obligations
MARKETING:
- Assist Marketing Manager in:
- Maintaining/up-dating Marketing Calendar for Convenience features
- Promotion planning as requested/required
- Designing and distribution of marketing materials
-Poster /transparency signage allocation
- Attend all relevant meetings with vendors as required/requested
PROJECT COORDINATOR
- Implement and execute projects in a timely manner
- Procure any products/tools needed to complete a project
- Create Manuals/Guides for specific projects
REPORTING
- Preparation of ranking reports for vendors/manufacturers
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly analysis reports for convenience promos
- Preparation of Weekly summaries and Quarterly analysis reports for Vendor services
- Present and report accurate and timely historical retailer and vendor information to Finance, ensuring that they meet the required standards
STORE MANAGEMENT
- Prepares daily sales checks
- Processes and tracks store purchase orders to vendors
- Processes inventory adjustment requests and new product listings and pricing
OTHER
- Report using MicroSoft CRM, MicroSoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV SQL and Power BI platforms or similar
- Experience with Canva and Photoshop an asset
- Coordination, new vendor in POS system/Finance
