You easily engage with the team, key stakeholders and customers, building strong relationships to deliver the best customer experience. As a Showroom Manager, you will be crucial in leading, mentoring, and motivating our newly created team. You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the showroom, managing people and stock effectively, and achieving sales targets. Your success will hinge on your ability to build a collaborative team passionate about their products, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales through innovative approaches. This is a full-time role (you will need to be available to work a day on the weekend). Salary is in the range of $85,000-95,000 plus uncapped team-based commission.
