Our corporate office is seeking an energetic and hardworkingindividual to join us in the role of Digital Delivery Coordinator.Job Overview:The Digital Delivery Coordinator at WSI will be required to fulfill on digital marketing campaignsdelivered through the WSI Corporate Store and WSI HUB. The digital marketing coordinator plays avital role in maintaining customer/client satisfaction because they are responsible for the performanceand quality of the digital product delivery. The Digital Delivery Coordinator will need to be agile,adaptable, and a quick learner.Responsibilities:• Constantly strives to maintain the happiness and satisfaction of all clients under managementby delivering quality work within defined timeframes.• Coordinate delivery of various digital marketing products including:Website DevelopmentGoogle/FB Ad CampaignsSearch Engine Optimization• Responsible for organizing delivery through external vendors as well as internal processes, techand tool sets.• Provide accurate reporting and analytical data where required.• Deliver projects based on specific KPI and quality metrics.• Solve delivery issues in a professional, creative and timely manner.• Operate within a project management system to ensure organization and speed.• Must be able to manage priorities effectively.• Attend daily check-in meetings with the team to report on progress and highlight any issues.• Set appropriate timelines for deliverables and ensure all stakeholders are informed of projectdelays.• Drive projects forward and highlight obstacles which require management’s attention.Skills/Qualifications:Post-Secondary education preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills are a mustGoogle Ad certification preferredBasic knowledge of website development and search engine optimization would be an assetProven ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles and display critical thinking skills.Project management experience would be an asset.Highly organized with effective systems and tools in place.Demonstrates persistence, strives to improve skills, and achieve goals in all facets of their role.We would like to thank all applicants for their interest in this role; however only the selected candidates will be contacted.
