Founded in 2008, BarChef has been recognized globally as a leader in the cocktail industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated server/floor manager to help lead our team as we continue to grow. We are a cocktail company that is committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist and oversee service and service staff through entire shift
- Enforce and direct service standards
- Serve a section on days that the General Manager is present
- Perform all closing duties including locking up the bar and ensuring all EOD procedures are followed
Skills & Requirements:
- Smart Serve Certification
- 2+ years of restaurant experience required
- Previous Management/Supervising position
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 6-8 hour shifts, at least 2 days a week
- Required availability on Sunday/Monday
Expectations:
- Knowledge of food, cocktails, and spirits
- Lead by example in all areas: hard work; punctuality and clear communication with other managers and employees.
- Maintain and advance the level of service on the part of the staff
- Ensure guests enjoy the BarChef experience!
- Exceptional service and floor skills
- High volume restaurant experience
