We are looking for individuals that are passionate about food, hospitality, and are guest focused!
What you will do in this role:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Corporate General Manager
- Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time
- Continue to develop and coach associates
- Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience
- Support and implement Standards and Controls
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.
What we are looking for:
- 2 Years previous Front of House Management experience in a QSR or Casual Dining Atmosphere.
- Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards
- Possess the "Hospitality Gene" by demonstrating the ability to create connections, a passion for People and service excellence
- Driven and focused
- Inspirational and motivational team player
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment
- Have an access to the reliable transportation to commute
