THE OPPORTUNITY
The Regional Manager, Edmonton will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for all functions of the Customer Solutions Center (CSC) on a day-to-day basis including coordination and direction of activities within the CSC to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure operational excellence. You will effectively manage all CSC operating costs while ensuring facility and staff meet compliance with Safety and Regulatory standards. You will provide leadership to a remote sales team located in Northern Alberta and lead an operational team including an Operations Manager who oversees team members including shipping and receiving, customer service, and service technicians to achieve superior performance and excellent service to customers

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position will work on-site at the Edmonton location and will be required to travel minimally throughout the region, at your discretion, to coach and mentor your sales team and to be available for customer connections. Estimated travel is less than 20%.
