Our Top IT Client is seeking a Bilingual Candidate to join their team.
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Fredericton: 495 Prospect St Unit D, Fredericton, NB E3B 9M4
Pay Range: $22/hr
A contract commencement bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service.
A contract completion bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completing 12 weeks service.
Basic Qualifications
1 year of experience in Customer Service.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in both English and French.
A typing speed of 40 words per minute is essential.
Flexibility with hours of operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Voice and Chat Experience. Preferably has worked on dual concurrency.
Ability to multitask and work with multiple tools to provide the best resolution.
Functional knowledge of using CRM solution and MS Excel
Domain knowledge of Retail Customer Service.
