The Opportunity:
We are seeking a confident, results-driven, luxury sales professional to join our team. Our associates are stylist specialists, responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a brand ambassador by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand. Passion for the brand is conveyed through creating one on one, personalized, luxury experience.
The ideal candidate is goal orientated, sales driven and possesses a passion for fashion trends, career growth and personal development. Location opportunities in Vancouver and Burnaby
Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
- Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products;
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding clients’ expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well services
- Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients
- Communicate regularly with personal clients through phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding in-store events, merchandise requests ect
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price change, and related sales support tasks
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
Skills and abilities:
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the latest fashion trends
- High level of accountability, professionalism and initiative
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday availability
- Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Additional language skills are not required, but an asset
Education/ Experience
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in luxury brand sales
