POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Manager with 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory position. Candidate must have the ability to lead shift and maintain an encouraging work environment. Candidate must be able to do basic math relating to cashing out, supervising inventory and preparing reports. Candidate must be willing to be trained in all aspects of restaurant operation, FOH and BOH. Candidate must be comfortable serving and working with people of all backgrounds. Weekend and evening availability is a must.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Run shift, hire and train staff, prepare reports, delegate tasks, and oversee the maintenance of the room.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, food quality and service.
Ability to predict and respond to business levels, and plan schedules and food volumes accordingly.
Oversee the creation of bar menus, and participate in wine and beer tastings.
Maintain good communication with customers and employees.
Work with the kitchen manager, bar manager, catering manager and owner to ensure a smooth operation.
Accuracy and efficiency in all tasks, including money handling, cash-outs, and inventory.
Participate in event nights, such as summer hog nights and trivia nights.
Participation in catering, when possible.

Job Types: Full-time, 45 hours per week
Salary: $55,000 based on experience plus tips and bonuses.
Requirements
• Work Permit
• SIR, FoodSafe level 1
• Ability to commit to a year, minimum
• Strong command of English, written and oral, basic math.
• Reasonable amount of physical ability: standing, lifting and moving common to our industry, 8-10 hour days.
• Ability to use and manage our POS system, basic computer literacy.
• Manage UberEats and DoorDash platforms.
• Class 5 drivers license a bonus.
