Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service.
Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials (including Italian dishes and wines).
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
Serve dishes following proper sequence and presentation standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and Italian culinary terms.
Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain a clean service environment.
Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery.
Uphold health, safety, and sanitization standards.
⭐ Qualifications & Skills
Previous restaurant serving experience required (Italian dining preferred).
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines (or willingness to learn).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Professional, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Comfortable carrying trays and standing/walking for extended periods.
Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
