Work Environment: Hybrid

Location: Kitchener, ON

Salary Range: $60,000 -$70,000


Position Overview

Hammehr, in collaboration with our IT consulting client, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is pivotal to making a tangible impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Handle communications and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing documents and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as needed.


Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing professional schedules.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a tech or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • A knack for problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
