Earnings and Incentives:
- Base Pay: $50,000 annually.
- Total Earnings Potential: $50,000 - UNCAPPED annually, depending on sales performance.
- Commissions:
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Earn 20% on all MRR management fees from new contracts. For example, generating $15,000 in MRR each quarter results in annual commissions of $144,000 as ongoing cumulative commissions.
- Hardware, Software, and Licensing Sales: Earn 20% on total profits from these sales. For example, generating $65,000 in profits each quarter results in annual commissions of $52,000.
- Bonuses: Achieved via targets related to sales milestones and client engagement levels.

Role Overview: Seeking a driven and resourceful Outside Sales Account Manager to lead our client acquisition initiatives in the B2B segment. This strategic role involves direct client engagement, complex negotiations, and partnership development to drive business growth and expand our service footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition through daily in-person visits, actively prospecting in business centers, industrial areas, and other commercial environments.
- Physically knock on doors and engage with potential clients to introduce and solicit our managed IT services and solutions.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on substantial face-to-face interactions and relationship building.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our services.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring diligent follow-up and relationship management with prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align client service delivery with sales objectives.
Candidate Profile:
Must-Have:
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the IT Managed Services field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Proven ability to perform independently in a remote setup with impeccable time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively, including maintaining daily tracking sheets/updates for progress.
